could ya disable tht 60 seconds minimum before posting thingy ??...

if u found a spammers.....just warn them...
just remove tht rule....

| Roy, see if u see this problem again. The min wait time is set to 4 seconds now. The wait time is compulsory, it can only be minimized. |
