that u spend 1/3 of ur life sleeping...
so if u lived till 75...25 of those years are spent sleeping...
and out of tht...5 years is spent dreaming...

Well you wont be able to do many things properly if you dont get enough sleep and its vital to our health.  And besides isn't great things made from dreams
