Cardio health is important as we have only one heart which is acting as a pump for the entire lifetime of our lives. Taking good care of it means doing cardio exercise everyday.

What is your idea of daily cardio? Running? Jogging? Swimming? Tennis?

All these are good forms of cardio. My personal preference is doing the treadmill at home. I can switch the speed at a press of a button and also get my pulse reading, distance ran, duration of exercise as well as calories burned realtime. Hence its my favourite form of cardio.

i guess 'no exercise' is the main reason for my appearance Mad

used to be active. not anymore due to knee injury

ok i'll be honest, of course the thing called 'sombaeri'
is also another reason there. thats y i cant even wake up n walk in the morning Embarassed

its kind of 'rasuk hantu' u know. after sometime, u auto become lazy
