reading is never a waste of time.
it improves your vocabulary, your grammar and it instills and strengthen your reading habit. ALL great leaders are readers. Even Anwar Ibrahim spent a good 6 years in prison reading voraciously. Just notice his huge audience who turn up at his ceramahs. His oratorial skills are excellent and can pull in the crowd. Im sure his reading helped in this regard.

Novel or not, its very beneficial. Thats my take on it.

i am into reading... novels r my great interest.... be it fiction or non-fiction.... makes ur mind work overtime.... imaginations run wild. Stephen King, Sidney sheldon, Iris Johanssen to name a few. My first reading material was trixie belden adventure stories and the famous five.... an adventure indeed. Reading novels lets ur mind wonder to another world altogether....

Reading make you a wiser person if not a leader. Very Happy

I used to temporarily escape from problems through reading.
