Memories run through my head
of the days that we were together.
The days that you used to come over,
just to say hi.

Memories,
painful memories,
that crush my heart,
every time I dwell on them.

I see you in my mind,
driving me back home,
and kissing me good night,
promising that you would always be there.

I remember when you
call me every night,
and we'd run up all those minutes
on our cell phones.

I remember how you used to hold me,
and tell me that you loved me.
Your beautiful eyes staring deeply into mine,
letting me know that you cared.

When you told me you want to leave,
I saw the pain bleeding through your eyes,
and the love for me stopped pouring from your hands,
it went missing from your words.

I knew that in my heart
we'd always be together,
but physically,
you were leaving me.

I remember the way your face
used to lit up
every time you
heard my name.

I remember when we were
at the beach,
and shared our love
in the sea
I loved the way your hands wrapped around me
when you gave me the biggest hug,
the hug filled with the most love
anyone could possibly give.

I liked the way
you smiled
when you saw me,
and the way you talked to me.

Now that you want to leave,
I don't know what to do.
The only thing that helps me grieve
is writing down our memories.

If you ever
read this,
remember, I love you,
and I always will.

I don't know what is in your mind
right now,
whether you miss me,
or relieved for leaving me ...

Or in pain,
feeling the cold sharp memories,
or my words cover you like a freezing blanket.
Whatever it maybe, I'll love you.
I will continue my love
for you,
But I don�t know
how long I can continue my life without you.
