Bahmi Goreng, Fried Noodles

300 g Chinese Noodles
300 g minced pork
200 g sausages
50 g peeled cooked shrimp
50 g ham
1 onion
2 garlic cloves or 2 teaspoons, garlic powder
100 g bean sprouts
100 g green beans or snow peas
100 g leeks
1 bn Celery
fresh chives
cooking oil
1 teaspoon ground ginger
salt
3/4 teaspoon white pepper
1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
1 lemon, optional

Cook the noodles according to the directions on the package. Cut the onions and garlic into fine pieces.

Make little balls of the minced pork and fry this together with the sausages in a wok or wide frying pan. Then add the cooked noodles and stir fry.

Now add all the vegetables, soy sauce, shrimp, ham, and spices, add salt and pepper to taste and stir fry till it is thoroughly hot. Serve on a plate.

Add soy sauce to taste

Chicken Spaghetti

INGREDIENTS:

* 4 to 6 chicken breasts, or about 4 cups chopped cooked chicken
* 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
* 1 1/2 cups chopped celery
* 1 large onion, chopped
* 1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
* 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
* 1 large can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
* 1 tablespoon chili powder
* Tabasco sauce, to taste
* 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
* salt
* pepper
* 1/2 to 1 cup sliced ripe olives
* 1 cup reserved broth
* 4 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

PREPARATION:
Cook chicken in salted water for approximately 25 minutes. Reserve broth. Cool chicken; remove skin and bones; chop chicken. Reserve 2 cups broth, strain and skim. In large skillet, brown celery, onion, mushrooms and pepper in oil.Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, 1 cup broth, chili powder, Tabasco sauce, Worcesteshire sauce, salt, and pepper and chicken and simmer for 30 minutes. Cook spaghetti according to package directions, replacing part of the water with the reserved chicken broth. Combine hot cooked and drained spaghetti with chicken mixture and cheese in large baking dish. Bake at 350� for 35 to 40 minutes. or until bubbly. If refrigerated before cooking, additional time must be allowed.

Mexican Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients
# 1 lb lean ground beef
# 3/4 cup onions, chopped
# 1(26ounce)jar meatless spaghetti sauce
# 1(15ounce)can black beans, rinsed nad drained
# 1(15ounce)can diced tomatoes
# 1 cup frozen white and yellow corn, thawed
# 1 cup salsa
# 1(4ounce)can green chilies, chopped
# 1 tablespoon chili powder
# 1/4 teaspoon salt
# 1/4 teaspoon pepper
# hot cooked spaghetti

Directions

1 In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is
no longer pink; drain.
2 In a large saucepan, combine spaghetti sauce, beans, tomatoes, corn,
salsa, chilies, chili powder, salt and pepper. Stir in beef mixture.
3 Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 10-15 minutes.
4 Serve over spaghetti.
