Hi Bruce...
I also have a sinus problem & it triggers serious bouts of headaches.. at the moment I am on a homeopathic nasal spray called Euphoreium Compositum and it really helps.I have no idea if it is available in Malaysia... maybe under another name.. just do some research on that..
Not sure if it is going to help you, but it does wonders for me.
We've got a family history on my Dad's side with Sinusitus, one of my cousins did go for a op... but it did not help her... she still experiences severe sinus problems.
Hope this bit of info helps. _________________ Proudly Indian |

Bruce, i was informed that the best option is to do an op. where the dirt / pus / whatever needs to be cleared. Following then by nasal spray. This is what i was told as being effective option. I suggest u consult with a ENT speacialist for professional opinion. _________________ Before you criticize someone, make sure you walk a mile in their shoes. hi bruce...
if ur problem is still at minor stage, antihistamine would help.
eg. Product name : Simtec (from CCM Pharma)
as natural way, put oil (nallannai) for your eye and ear. use for nose only if u have a well experienced elder.
wash ur nose with warm water every morning. |

Very likely its sinus vivian, get her to an ENT to look at her. Leaving it like that will make it worse over time. _________________ Before you criticize someone, make sure you walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you do criticize, you're a mile away and you HAVE THEIR SHOES. |
