Vitamin A
aids in night vision, colour vision and helps to maintain healthy skin
foods which are rich in vitamin A are:
Liver
fruits and vegetables which are orange
green leafy vegetables

Vitamin B
vitamin B is involved in metabolic activities, they help make energy
and sets it free when you need it. they also make red blood cells which
carry oxygen to your body organs and so they are very vital.
foods which are rich in vitamin B are:
whole grains
fish and seafood
poultry and meats
eggs
dairy products
leafy green vegies
peas and beans

Vitamin C
this vitamin is important in keeping tissues and gums in good shape.
it has a role in quick healing when u cut ur skin.
it also helps your body to resist infections.
foods which are rich in vitamin C are:
citrus fruits
cantaloupe
strawberries
tomatoes
broccoli
cabage
kiwi fruit
sweet red peppers

Vitamin D
needed for strong bones and teeth. it also helps ur body to absorb the amount of calcuim needed by ur body.
foods which are rich in vitamin D are:
milk
fish
egg yolks
liver and cereal

Vitamin E
maintains body tissue in eyes, skin and liver.
protects ur lungs from being damaged from polluted
air and it also helps in the formation of red blood cells.
foods which are rich in vitamin E are:
whole grains
wheat
leafy green vegetables
sardines
egg yolks
nuts and seeds

Vitamin K
vitamin K is very important in blood clotting.
foods which are rich in vitamin K are:
leafy green vegetables
dairy products
broccoli
soybean oil
