Exercising guru eh? Wink well when you give that kind of greeting, how can I avoid answering your Q. Here goes...

It really depends on what you ate and how much you ate. Generally speaking its anywhere from 30 mins to 2 hours (if you went Amok with heavy banana leaf rice or nasi kandar that is...hahaha)

As a general rule, the bigger the meal, the longer you will need to wait. If you just eat a light, high-carbohydrate snack like a chapati or a few low-fat biscuits, you should be good to go almost immediately.

One thing I discovered is if you exercised on an empty stomach in the early morning, you tend to use fat as fuel provided you exercised at the 65% to 95% of your maximum heart rate (MHR). See my program in the other topic for example.
