5. Customer Service Executive.
You will be responsible for the daily operations of the Subscription Department such as handling of telephone enquiries, replying emails, handling walk-ins and attending inbound complaints and enquiries from subscribers tactfully, courteously and professionally.

Apart from that, you are expected to assist in data entry, order processing and coordination of shipment according to customer�s requirements, and any other ad-hoc duties assigned as and when by the superior.

The successful incumbent is expected to impart friendly and personalized
customer service to all levels of people.
Requirements:� Responsible to receive, process and respond to customers
inquiries through telephone enquiries or emails in a professional and prompt manner with the objective of resolving the customer�s issue as quickly as possible.� To develop and maintain strong existing customer relations and ensuring customer satisfactions.� Excellent communication & listening skills, with good command of English and B.
