hi everyone.....

(if my topic is in the wrong section.....do move it ya.....)

ok this about why in indian community a relationship between an (old man) & a (young gal) is quite unacceptable?? what i mean here is the age gap of more than 10 yrs..........say for example a relationship between a 18 or 20 yrs gal & lets say 32 or 33 yrs man or a gal of 35 & a man of 55 or 60 yrs............ is looked upon with eyeballs plunging out from the socket.....??? say for example they are in love and plan to marry.....they face many obstacles....

ok why & what is wrong ??? how can age gap pose a threat to real love ??

age, colour, race , religion, citizenship are never a barrier for love....human being are the barriers...

BRUCE, GOOD TOPIC YAAR...

DO YOU KNOW THAT THOSE DAYS, MAN AROUND 30+ WOULD FIND FOR GALS AROUND 15 OR 16. tHEY SAID THE WIFE WOULD BE HANDY IF THE HUSBAND FALLs SICK COZ SHE'LL BE YOUNG AND STRONG WHEN HE IS OLD......SELFISH HUH?...

OK...PERSONALLY..if deep love is involved, should not be a problem.
But again, would the 30+ or much older guy match with the young gals of this generation, who are obviously very fast moving little sweet things. Would their interest, dressing style, taste in food or furniture match with these guys. Something to ponder about.

The guys are in losing end if they were to marry very young gals. Can THEY match up with her? Physically, emotianally and socially?

The age would enter ageing phase and the gal would blossom to a beautiful woman. Arrrrghhh.....what a heartache to witness that.

ha ha ha

this remind of the the movie 'dheena'.

they way they explain how at old times boys and girls got married so young and someore using parents money, unlike the youngsters now...

a lot of responsibility and dignity to consider...

the age fine i guess.
so whats the big deal if ppl raise their eyebrows a bit?
its ur life and if you have the confidence just proceed.
but also remember, its ur decision and if something goes wrong, dont go
arnd looking for sympathy.
self-confidence and trust is the key.

my opinion of course Wink

it doesn't matter who u marry... just make sure u r aware of the person u r marrying. Age is not an issue.... unfortunately it is to many in our society..... is it due to their lack of thinking out of the box or just going with the flow? A young gal marrying an older man was never an issue then during our forefather days .... so why such hoo-haa now? It's weird how ppl think nowadays..... we r supposed to think forward and not backward......
